Hirshleifers accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain luxury items, including eveningwear and final sale products, may be subject to specific restrictions.

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid return shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our luxury specialists inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
